🌞 Sunset plays a vital role in regulating our circadian rhythm, helping our body align with natural sleep-wake cycles. By soaking in the warm hues of the setting sun, our internal clock gets a gentle nudge towards a more balanced sleep pattern, promoting better sleep quality! 😴💤

🔵📱 Additionally, witnessing the sunset can be a protective measure against the harmful effects of blue light emitted by devices at night. Exposure to excessive blue light disrupts our melatonin production, leading to sleep disturbances. Sunset-watching can serve as a natural defense, preparing our eyes and mind for a restful night's sleep! 🌙🛌

Try to make it a habit to embrace the beauty of the sunset and cherish the positive impact it has on our circadian rhythm and sleep patterns. Remember to disconnect from screens before bedtime and allow nature's masterpiece to guide us into a peaceful slumber. 🌄💙

🌟 Healthy Skin Care Dos & Don'ts 🌟

DOs:

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drink plenty of water daily to keep your skin moisturized and plump.
Get your beauty sleep! Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night to support skin repair and reduce inflammation.
Nourish from within with a balanced diet! Opt for fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins for radiant skin.
Consume skin-loving nutrients: Vitamin C, E, and omega-3s. Boost collagen synthesis and protect from free radicals.
Manage stress with self-care! Relaxation techniques like meditation can do wonders for your skin.
DON'Ts:

Avoid excessive sugar and processed foods that can accelerate skin aging.
Limit caffeine and alcohol, as they can dehydrate your skin. Opt for herbal teas and water instead.
Ditch dairy if it triggers skin issues. Some find relief by cutting back on dairy products.
Avoid smoking, as it can harm collagen and cause premature wrinkles.

Remember, the key to healthy skin lies in a balanced diet, proper hydration, and mindful lifestyle choices. Embrace these dos and avoid the don'ts for a radiant and glowing complexion! 🌟💧💆‍♀️

made from scratch, will always be better whether it’s a smoothie or a meal. However, life happens and sometimes you just need a suitable option for grab and go. These are the three ready-made shake blends that I like to take on a trip or have at hand for a busy day. Stay away from shakes that have soy protein (if you’re going to eat soy only eat fermented soy products from organic non-GMO, soy). Also, stay away from artificial sweeteners that are not Monk fruit or Stevia, carrageenan and additives you cannot pronounce.

I know it’s hard to find healthy protein bars with good amounts of protein not too many carbs and not a lot of junk. I found these at sprouts yesterday, and I hope this helps! Basically you are aiming for 9 to 12 g of protein, less than 15 g of carbs and no funny additives

🌟 Hormonal Balance! Avoid These Disruptive Practices!✨

🥙❌ Excessive Fasting -
Intermittent fasting can be beneficial, but excessive fasting places stress on our bodies, disrupting hormone production and regulation. It can lead to imbalanced cortisol levels, affecting our metabolism, energy levels, and mood. Remember, moderation is key!

🚫 Skipping Meals (Especially Breakfast) -
Skipping meals, especially breakfast, may seem like a time-saver, but it messes with your hormones. It can disrupt insulin levels, hunger hormones (ghrelin and leptin), and the delicate balance of your entire endocrine system. Embrace balanced meals and make breakfast a priority!

💪❌ Overexercising - tag your friends who need this valuable information. Togethe

be intentional in turning off flight or flight stress response and avoid living in sympathetic overdrive because it puts a HUGE toll on your health both physical and mental.

It is important to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, which helps your body relax and recover. Try to do it daily, consistently, and you will reap the benefits of this in your mood, your sleep, and your general well-being.

If you had your appendix removed in the past, you may need to take some extra care to maintain a healthy gut microbiome. Studies have shown that after surgery, there is a decrease in bacterial diversity in the gut, which can lead to a weakened immune system and other health issues.

It's important to replenish your gut with probiotics and prebiotics to promote a healthy balance of bacteria. Eating a diet rich in fiber, fermented foods, and taking a high-quality probiotic supplement can help support your gut health.

Remember, a healthy gut means a healthy body! Take care of your gut and it will take care of you.

Basically what this study said is that even the average consumption of erythritol can increase platelet activity in favor, blood clots and healthy subjects. You don’t have to be “fluent in science” to realize that artificial anything can’t be great for our bodies. Want to eat something sweet? Stick with the REAL stuff: brown sugar, coconut sugar, molasses, honey and monk fruit. Eat sweets AFTER a meal for blood sugar control.
