Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress. My name is Rebecca, the owner of Just For Today Healing.

I am trained and certified as a Reiki Master in Level 3, Crystal Reiki, and Animal Reiki by way of Usui lineage. I have been a highly sensitive person (HSP) and an Empath for as long as I can remember. Almost as if I have been helping people heal my whole life. I have always had a deep connection with animals as well. My sensitivity goes beyond spirituality. I have high sensitivity to physical touch and almost all medications, which led me on my holistic journey, and eventually to Reiki.

I can't believe it's been two years!
Feels contradicting.
On one hand it feels like yesterday. On the other, feels like several lifetimes ago.😄
I am beyond grateful to those of you who have trusted me and allowed me to be a part of your healing journey. And for being a part of mine.🙏
I also want to show gratitude to my family and friends for supporting me and allowing me to just be me. I love you all.😘
I have grown so much in the past two years and am looking forward to continuing on that path.
Therefore... Just for today, I will keep going!!!

Life has been a rollercoaster since the last full moon.
Mercury in Retrograde and then the solar flare has everyone feeling out of sorts.
This full moon is a chance for everyone to get back to balanced and grounded.
I will be offering a group distance Reiki session on August 20.
You don't have to do anything on your end except be open to receive.
I will be going into the session with the intention specific for this full moon.

The Sturgeon Moon, occurring in August, is named after the large freshwater fish that were once plentiful in lakes and rivers during this time of year. Many believe this moon is a time for inner reflection and spiritual connection. It symbolizes strength, resilience, transformation, and change.

July Buck Full Moon 🖤🙏🪄

The buck moon represents a time of year when you should become aware of the growth around you. It comes at a time when everything is in full growth, and it marks the development of male deer antlers.

The Buck Moon energy is super powerful as it takes place in Capricorn and will bring forth energies to help us gain insight into our true purpose and learn to better understand our emotions, beliefs, and thoughts.

Once a year you get to look around you, take stock, and in the light of this supermoon make some big decisions. This moon in particular will bring some financial shifts, so spend wisely. Capricorn, this supermoon is all about power, so now's the time to make that last push to make that long-held goal a reality.
