Hello Briskins! I have been searching for information about the Briskin Brothers from Oak Park, Illinois- Jack, Harry, Paul, Charles and Isadore. They had an interesting story! I’ll post my findings here, and I hope others can add to this.

I am also searching for links to other Briskin families. This would include records from Kiev, Ukraine. Maybe DNA analysis would also help connect the family trees.

When Jack Jacob Herbert Briskin was born on March 6, 1892, in Kiev, Ukraine, his father, Isaac, was 24 and his mother, Ella, was 23. He married Dolly Hartman on October 29, 1911, in Chicago, Illinois. They had three children during their marriage. He died on June 8, 1970, at the age of 78.
