Job Description
Experience, Skills & Qualification
ü Should have Minimum 5+ yrs. of experience in PowerShell.
ü 2+ years of Hands on experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipeline creation
ü Good understanding of Splunk & 1+ yrs. of hands on experience is a plus
ü Good understanding of windows servers fleet
ü Hands-on in any of Cloud technologies/Virtualization is a plus
ü Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ü Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environments
ü Basic understanding of Cybersecurity and Networking
ü Strong Knowledge/certification in ITIL
ü Good understanding of ServiceNow
ü Basic understanding of Linux
ü BE, B.C.A, M.C.A or equivalent technical degree
ü Working location is Bangalore office.
Roles & Responsibilities:
ü Development of Illumio Core-specific (MicroSegmentation) API scripts to optimize services using PowerShell and Python. Including integration with ServiceNow
ü The resource will be responsible to manage the entire change management process including, raising change, presentation in BRB, and following the process to get the change approved on time for a successful implementation
ü Troubleshooting of any issues that arises in the automation workflow for customer in timely manner.
ü Create, Maintain and Manage documentation relating to the technical configuration and automation workflow in the centralized repository.
ü Ensure automations that are deployed are working and pro-actively fix issues
ü Development of Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts
ü Deployment of CI/CD pipeline using GitHub integrating with Hashicorp
ü Illumio Virtual Enforcement Node (VEN) deployment based on Illumio best practices using the ANZ’s automation standard.
ü Apply labelling based on the organisation metadata using Illumio best practices.
ü Authoring Illumio Policy based on a Organisation-defined framework including Core Data Centre
ü Contributing to operations procedure/runbooks
ü Energetic resource with high aptitude and a great attitude to learning and completing tasks
ü Working hours will normally be Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm local time where the Services will be delivered. As the squad supports critical assets, availability outside office hours will be required for change and incident management.
