Remedy to increase oxygen level n remove congestion...
Camphor+ lavang + ajwain n few drops of eucalyptus oil / anu tail. Make pottali of these n keep smelling it on high altitudes /asthma/congestion/breathing insufficiency. Keep sharing n help every one...

Haritki /abhya/harad works as rasayana n can be taken whole year with suitable anupan.... 😊
