We are living through an event that none of us has ever experienced. This sort of thing can create a lot of stress; I know I'm feeling it! But I have GREAT NEWS, as of Monday, March 30th, you can take my YOGA CLASS ONLINE! Join me for one or both offerings. All you need is a phone, a tablet, or a laptop, and a peaceful space in which to practice. You don't even need a yoga mat - a beach towel or blanket will do!

1) Slow Motion Yoga - stretch your body slowly and steadily with a series of gentle poses. With an emphasis on awareness of body, breathing, and deep relaxation, you will feel the benefits immediately. This soothing practice will be very slow moving and is accessible to anyone who is able to be on the floor. No experience necessary; beginners encouraged! Mondays, 6-7:15pm, $10 tuition

2) Conscious Relaxation - we will begin with gentle movement to prepare to be still, followed by slow breathing and a guided relaxation; we will end with a period of silence. By stilling the mind, we create inner peace. You will emerge feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Tuesdays, 6-6:25pm, $5 tuition
