This is the time where people get more flareup of their existing conditions which is normal.

People might see a rise in eczema, acne, dandruff, colds, sinusitis etc

Caffeine is the main reason for your hairball, brain fog, irritability, anxiety etc.

Yes you heard it right, but yes thats true that no one talks about it as everyone is addicted to it.

It’s is called as most addictive drug after co***ne.

It wears down your adrenal glands leading to loss of rapid energy in long run.

First you like the taste
Then you like the feel it is giving
Then you are addicted to it
Without it you cannot wake up or p**p
Then you start getting knee pains as it robs calcium from your bones
Once you stop it, it can give you serious withdrawal symptoms like headaches and brain fog.
Slowly your hair starts falling apart and you wonder what am I deficient it, what shampoo should I use and lot more.

But the root cause here is over stimulation of your adrenal glands which causes the problem.

You need to get energy from Glucose, instead you are getting energy from caffeine that that problem.

It was the year 2016.

I had my first black coffee as my pre-workout

Initially, I didn't like it, but I started liking the feeling it was giving me.

I started having it daily, and I was liking the energy & focus that it was giving.

And I am able to lift more weights in the gym.

I was happy.

Slowly these things started to happen

1. Not able to wake up without it.
2. Not able to focus on work without it.

2 years went on, and it's 2019 now

Heavily addicted to my coffee

These things started popping up slowly

1. Cannot pass stools without it.
2. I started getting knee pains (age 21) pains went on to become worse.
3. Anxiety kicked in for the first time in my life, and it has to lead me to chronic OCD slowly.
4. Worry, restlessness, brain fog, constipation, and digestive issues all started popping up slowly.

And still, I was having coffee and green tea.

Then I realized and stopped coffee suddenly

The moment I stopped these things started to pop up from nowhere

1. I was drained out of energy all day without doing anything
2. Cannot read or remember even a single paragraph of a book (I am a book reader)
3. Not even interested in the that I love.
4. Digestive issues peaked up.

This is called "Adrenal Fatigue"

So my point here is simple caffeine slowly eats you down as you age, it's the most potent highly addictive drug on the market.

Be it tea, coffee, green tea, or dark chocolate all keep you get addicted and they wear down your adrenal glands which produce the flight or fight hormone adrenaline.

Caffeine stimulates adrenaline even when there is no stress.

It's 2022 now I completely got rid of caffeine, free from addiction, and withdrawal symptoms such as headaches, brain fog, constipation, and knee pains (knee pains completely disappeared)

So go low on caffeine, and if possible remove it completely from your life, you'll thank me later for this.
