Caring Hearts of Wyoming Valley Welcome! Feel free to ask questions regarding our services! Happy to share our knowledge & support! New members welcome. If interested, please direct message.

Caring Hearts of the Wyoming Valley is a non-profit networking group of healthcare professionals. The group was founded in 2020 during the height of the pandemic as a way to connect during a time when traditional means was not possible. The group has continued to thrive and currently has about 18 active members throughout Luzerne and Lackawanna counties representing home health, hospice, adult day programs, assisted living, personal care, rehab, imaging services, and more! Our mission is to give back in support of our local communities. Some past events have included leading our active adult centers in fun, energy driven activities, volunteering with Meals on Wheels, holiday caroling and hosting out 1st Annual Health & Wellness Fair.

On a chilly February afternoon, hearts were warmed with sweet treats and even sweeter connections šŸ’•

Today, Caring Hearts of Wyoming Valley hosted an Ice Cream Social for the wonderful members of the Kingston Aac — and what a beautiful gathering it was!

There’s something special about seeing our local seniors laughing together over sundaes, sprinkles, and good conversation. Community is truly what it’s all about.

A heartfelt thank you to the Caring Hearts members who participated:
• Home Instead
• Residential Home Health and Hospice
• Serenity Hospice PA
• Griswold Home Care for NEPA
• Hospice of the Sacred Heart

It’s inspiring to see organizations come together — not for recognition, but for genuine community engagement and meaningful moments with those who paved the way before us.

Even on the coldest days, NEPA knows how to show up with warmth. šŸØā¤ļø

Today was all about joy, connection, and holiday spirit! šŸŽ¶šŸŽ„

Caring Hearts of Wyoming Valley spent the day spreading cheer through festive caroling at Telespond Senior Services, Highland Park Senior Living, and Allied Services Center City Apartments (Special thanks to the Grinch who popped up at Highlad Park and to special guest, Tony, from Allied Services)!!

The smiles, sing-alongs, and warm welcomes made every stop unforgettable.

Grateful for the opportunity to brighten the day of so many wonderful seniors and to share the true meaning of the season—community, kindness, and heart. ā¤ļøāœØ
