Join us for a morning of movement, awareness, and somatic exploration through the lens of Feldenkrais Mind Body Studies.

This workshop is open to performing artists and curious movers of all backgrounds - no prior experience needed.

Through gentle, focused movement, we’ll awaken the body’s intelligence and invite subtle shifts in perception. After the session, we’ll hold space for quiet integration and open conversation. Arrive with curiosity, leave with renewed presence and possibility.

A New Space in Delft!!!
A few glimpses of the transformation in motion — painting, dreaming, and slowly bringing this studio to life.

Located in Delftse Poort-West (Staalweg 1), this space is being shaped to host practices in movement, somatic studies, music, and meditation.

It’s a work-in-progress, but the intention is clear: to create a space for exploration, presence, and connection.

More soon — classes, workshops, and gatherings are on the way.
