Russ and I are attending this training with the highly respected Jon Cree. We tussle with this alot in our roles but absolutely respect that this is play that the children who attend our sessions want to explore... our job is to facilitate that in an informed, considered and kind way. Can't wait !! 💕

This ... our holiday club is all about the play 💕

Play isn’t a break from learning.
It is a way that children learn.

On , we’re celebrating the theme Spaces for Play — a call to protect and prioritise the places where children can be loud, wild, quiet, curious, muddy, joyful, and completely themselves.

Whether it’s a school field, a forest school fire circle or a park bench with a stick and some string, children will play anywhere.

But they need the time.
They need the freedom.
And they need space.

Let’s make sure that the necessary spaces to play exist in the future, but championing it today.
