About me
I'm a physiotherapist, social worker, dance instructor and health coach, and I have been teaching and helping people in these areas for more than 10 years. Group pilates classes
I currently run weekly classes in Your Nutritional Coach in Arncliffe and in Balanced Yoga in Glebe and in the city. The classes are suitables for all levels (beginners and experienced practitioners are all welcom

I am also able to offer private pilates classes for:
- Corporate group sessions at your work place;
- Smaller group classes; and

My Journey

Always passionated in helping people, voluntearing around the world, doing social work, teaching and latelly in the Fitness industry as well.

Understanding we are a unique piece the only way to feel great is approching 3 basic areas; exercise, taking care of our body and living an active lifestyle, nutrition, because we are what we eat, and mindset positive self-talk and attitude through life.
