It’s important to focus on healthy and balanced foods to provide essential nutrients for your growing baby

Red meat, nuts & seeds, leafy greens (broccoli, asparagus, spinach), fish, eggs, and citrus fruit 🍊

All these foods have folate, protein, and vitamins that are crucial for development

It can be difficult to eat balanced, or eat much of anything in your first trimester. If this is you, focus on eating when and what you can, your body and baby need calories and energy to keep growing
