At Wat Phra Dhammakaya

Schedule
6:40-8:00 a.m. Alms offering.
----------------------------------
9:30-11:00 a.m. Chanting, Meditation, and Ceremonial Food Offering to the Buddhas.
----------------------------------
1:30 p.m. Meditation.
2:00 p.m. Ceremony for the Casting of Buddha Images.
3:00 p.m. Making resolutions and extending loving kindness.
3:15 p.m. End of the ceremony.
----------------------------------
5:30 p.m. Laypeople assemble around the Great Dhammakaya Cetiya.
6:00 p.m. The presiding monk arrives.
The lighting of the main lantern, chanting, and meditation.
6:40 p.m. The presiding monk utters verses for the Magha Puja ceremony.
A representative of laypeople lights candles and incense sticks.
6:50 p.m. The presiding monk lights a lantern and passes it to a representative of laypeople.
Circumambulation around the Great Dhammakaya Cetiya.
7:30 p.m. Making resolutions for Magha lantern lighting.
Worldwide simultaneous lantern lighting.
Making resolutions and extending loving kindness.
8:00 p.m. End of the ceremony.
