H/O RCT at upper right 1st molar 2 years back. On examination founded percussion pain on that tooth. R/F Radiolucencies on apical region of 1st molar and Gross caries on 2nd molar.
Then Re-RCT at 1st molar and RCT on 2nd molar done.
