I am so excited as one of the facilitators at the Wellness Day Retreat on Sunday to share some photos of this amazing day. This day gave everyone the opportunity to rest, reconnect, restore and balance. With Yoga, Sound Meditation, Muscle Testing, a Tea Ceremony, Aroma Touch Hand Massage and Roller Blends. The experience left me feeling so grateful to be connected to the other facilitators and meet so many beautiful people who have taken the time to nurture themselves. Stress affects everyone in different ways, but one thing is for sure it is debilitating, controlling our lives, and leaving us not knowing how to manage. Particularly when we remain in this state and eventually our body can and will end up in dis ease. I know this pain too well, I was searching for something that would help me cope, help me deal with my situation and now I would like to share the tools and techniques I discovered that gave me my life back. They are scientifically based, not religious and suitable for people from all cultural backgrounds. I am offering a course in Bindoon: 4 weeks beginning Friday 23/6/23 from 7 pm – 9 pm.
