I want to take a moment to share why I keep offering these Back to Body workshops and why they’re meant to be experienced more than once.
If your schedule is full, your mind is busy, and your body feels like the last thing on your priority list—I want to gently offer a reframe:
One workshop can help you feel better.
But returning to this space regularly? That’s where lasting healing happens.
It’s easy to go to a single session, feel calm for a day or two, and then slide right back into stress, tightness, or emotional overload. That doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong it means your nervous system is still wired for survival. And healing that wiring takes consistency.
That’s why I offer Back to Body more than once.
Because each time you come back, your body learns something new:
“I’m allowed to slow down.”
“I’m not in danger.”
“I can feel this and still be safe.”
Here’s what research shows:
Breathwork and somatic practices reduce cortisol (stress hormone) levels by up to 40% over 4–6 weeks
Weekly nervous system regulation practices improve emotional resilience and reduce reactivity by over 50%
The combination of body awareness + consistent rest has been shown to improve self-trust, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing significantly more than talk-based support alone
This isn’t just about self-care.
It’s about long-term nervous system health.
And it works best when it becomes something you return to, weekly, biweekly, or as a regular rhythm
This work isn’t about coming to one class and feeling better overnight.
It’s about consistently showing up for yourself in a way that creates real, lasting change in your nervous system, your emotions, and your relationship with your body.
When you attend Back to Body weekly or biweekly, you’re committing to something deeper:
Not just self-care, but actual healing.
Not just talking about your emotions—but learning how to feel safe with them, in real time.
Here’s what can shift in just one month of regular sessions:
You start recognizing tension before it turns into burnout
You feel more emotionally present—instead of shut down or overwhelmed
You stop second-guessing your body and start trusting what she’s telling you
You learn how to sit with discomfort instead of avoiding it
You build a relationship with your breath and body that feels supportive, not stressful
This isn’t therapy.
Therapy helps you process the story.
This work helps you transform the sensation.
Each workshop is different. Some focus on breath. Others on emotion. Others on rest or reconnection. But all of them help you create space in your body, reduce emotional overload, and regulate your nervous system in a way that talk therapy alone can’t always reach.
