Jackie Suginaga With 20+ years of experience in movement, mindfulness, and meditation, I create welcoming spaces for emotional healing, rest, and reconnection.

Whether through yoga, Japanese food, or tea, everything is rooted in connection, clarity, compassion, and joy. Kundalini Yoga is a unique style of yoga that moves subtle energy up and down the chakras, releasing blocked energy that keeps us stuck in our life. There is a focus on Movement, Mantra and Meditation as well as breath work, but no need for be able to do perfect poses or be super flexible

! The movements (Kriyas) stimulate the glandular, nervous and immune and respiratory systems; Mantra, the science of positive sounds uplifts our mind, and meditation helps us become grounded and develop inner peace. A natural effect will that you become physically strong and tone up, as well as feel more inner confidence and contentment. And it works fast!

Day Retreat Recap of a Beautiful Day

Sunshine, stillness, laughter, and deep rest was the overall vibe of the Kundalini Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat.

From the peaceful tea ceremony to the powerful mantras and walks through the hills, the whole schedule moved with such ease.

I’ll be running more retreats like this at Carlingford Yoga Retreat Centre (Eagles Rock), along with weekly classes at the Dolmen Centre starting Aug 7th.

A grounding and gently energising weekly class to support your body, mind, and heart. Each session blends movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation — helping you reconnect with your presence, ease stress, and feel more alive and centred.

🌙 Grieving Hearts class on the last Thursday of Every Month
On the final Thursday of each month, Grieving Hearts replaces the normal class and becomes a 90-minute special class (7:00–8:30 pm) offering a deeply supportive space for emotional release and healing.
This session is for anyone carrying loss — the passing of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a shift in identity, or any grief or blocks you may be holding.
Through therapeutic and intentional movement, breath, sound, and stillness, we help grief move through the body and make space for softness, peace, and love.
Includes time for tea and connection after class.
💸 Pricing Options
Single Class: Any Thursday class (1 hr) €18 (must pre-book)
Grieving Hearts Only: Last Thursday of each month (1.5 hrs + tea) €25.
Heartspace Combo: (4-weeks) 4 x Thursday classes (incl. Grieving Hearts) €65

Week 2 of the Grief Yoga Workshop as part of our Healthy Minds Healthy Bodies Programme supported by HSE National Lottery Funding will involve Yoga for Emotional relief. Grief takes many forms - not just of a loved one , but also the loss of a job, relationship, identity, or a sense of self.
This workshop will take place Saturday 12th July from 10.30am to 1pm.
Light refreshments will be served after each session. €10 per person per session.
This class is now fully booked but we hope to run another session of the Grief Yoga in the near future.

✨ Grief Yoga: Our First Gathering ✨

Today we shared space to breathe, release, and remember.
It was a powerful morning — gentle, grounded, and full of feeling.

Grief is love with nowhere to go — and together, we gave it movement.
We let it be witnessed.
We softened into the body.
And we made space… for more love, for memory, for self.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with such courage and presence.
So many shared that they felt a true shift in their body, in their breath, in their heart.
This is just the beginning.

🌟 Exciting News + A Personal Update! 🌟
I recently took a deeper dive into my spiritual journey by completing my Reiki Master Level Course on 1st & 2nd February—and to make it even more special, I did it on St Brigid’s Day! A day of new beginnings and powerful energy healing.
I first stepped onto the path of Reiki healing energies in 2013, when I lived in Japan, completing Reiki Level 1. I then progressed to Level 2 in 2022 and now Level 3 with Reiki Master Ursula Ruminiski – Embody Therapies https://www.facebook.com/www.embodytherapies.co.uk
She is a hidden gem of a person who embodies Reiki in every sense. Her deep spiritual and intellectual wisdom has been an incredible guiding force, that I have personally witnessed for 20 + years.
For me, Reiki has been a profound personal practice, and I’m honoured to now share its deep benefits with you through appointments. Reiki isn’t just about healing—it’s about empowerment, balance, and finding your own flow. It helps restore harmony by clearing energy blockages and promoting deep relaxation.
