Nutrition- how you eat, how we can make small changes week by week, water & liquid intake.

Proactive - commitment to your changes at home.

Weekly Food Diary- what you eat, visual diary see what you put in your body, how we can change food intake weekly. Small changes!

Actions taken- what we can work on next week, what changes can I improve on!!!

My interpretation of Fasting! - I'm no Doctor Im just me, who has learnt over time.

What is Intermitted Fasting ????
Intermitted =Occuring at irregular times, not continuous
Fasting = Abstain from all or Some kinds of FOOD

Abstaining from food at irregular times!!!
You don't eat for a period of Time!!

My last meal is 6.30 -7pm I won't eat again until 1pm the Nxt day. 18 hour of Fasting!
BOOM the hard part is Done while I sleep!!! 😴

During this time of Fasting my body is Reacting to No food/no sugar!! body kicks into Repair and Replenish Mode!! 🍑🥭🍓

Removing waste - regular poos 💩 cleansing digestive system

Insulin levels drop - Fat is Burning!! 🔥
Fat is Burning - increase in metabolic rate ,Muscle GAIN!!!!
Allowing your body longer times to BURN excess fat, process Fats and Nutrients throughout the body.
