Thank you for taking the time to book a reading with me, you will be asked to verbally agree to a waiver that explains the nature of my business. Because many people overlook this part of the booking process, I’m including it here and stating that by way of booking or participating in your appointment, you agree to the following:
That you are at least 18 years old and have voluntarily decided to book or participate in a reading for yourself. That you understand that an intuitive reading is in no way a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or therapeutic counseling and treatment. That you understand that I, or any intuitive, cannot guarantee 100 percent accuracy of any statement and that I do not guarantee predictions of the future in my practice, as life is based upon free will. I always urge people who see me to remain authorities in their own lives. No psychic, medium, intuitive, or other counselor can tell you what to do or tell you who you are. Intuitive people, psychics, and mediums and other such practitioners can be wrong, can
interpret material incorrectly, or put language to the information they receive that miscommunicates, or only partly communicates, what they are seeing, sensing, hearing. Remember that intuitive people encounter complex
symbols, feelings, tastes, sounds, images, memories, and so on, which they then must rapidly translate into human language. Error is possible. That you understand that you may receive information that you may consider
unpleasant, painful, or emotionally difficult. We often encounter, pain, loss, grief, embarrassment, and other types discomfort when facing psychic, conscious or unconscious material. Intuitive people may encounter this
material. If you DO NOT wish to encounter this material, PLEASE I DO urge you to seek another type of reading with another intuitive. That you understand that any mention of a person in your reading living or passed, fictional or real, takes place within the dome of your energy, your mind and your consciousness. I cannot and will not read for a person who is not present. However, I accept that relationships are central to our lives and that other people’s names or images may arise for you in the reading. By participating in a reading with me, you accept that I am not reading another person’s life, personality, disposition, action, or activity past, present or future. Your reading is about your thoughts, opinions and feelings and any mention of another person is never to be taken as objective truth of that person’s life, disposition, personality, or activities or actions. That you understand that our sessions are completely confidential and that neither you nor I will publish any part of the session. Please note that Zoom,
FaceTime, Google Meeting, email, texts and any other digital platforms may not be completely confidential in themselves and use of these platforms does entail certain risks. That you accept that I encourage you to record your reading(s) and that I can also record the reading(s) and send it(them) to you. You understand that
neither I nor you will record without permission. And now for the legalize: By having a reading with me, you agree that you, your assigns, executors, guardians and other legal counselors, or entities release me, Pathways Thru Gina and anyone associated with my business, or accompanying me on a reading, from
all known or unknown claims against me as a result of any information arising out of a reading that you received from me. You waive all claims, demands, compensation, actions, that I or anyone associated with me or any other
participant in the reading currently or hereafter may have for any injuries perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to have suffered because of or during your reading with me. You understand and agree that in the event that you, or anyone associated with you, bring a claim for damages against Pathways Thru Gina and any person associated with Pathways thru Gina as a result any reading or statements during, omissions and other acts, that you and/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Pathways Thru Gina and all persons associated with from any and all claims, actions, and or damages, legal and otherwise, including the cost and expense of and including reasonable attorney fees associated with defending such actions and claims. That you agree that you engage in this reading at your own risk. Thank you for understanding that I could not conduct a business wherein we must speak freely without this disclaimer and waiver. I strive to work ethically, to treat people with respect and dignity. I also understand that my style of reading is to be very free, open to spirit, to unconscious influences, and that
I may use language that you may misunderstand or dislike. I strongly urge you to seek an intuitive with whom you feel comfortable, whose style resonates with you. Energy flows in a circuit you must allow it to flow freely, I do not block energy, as I pray it is only for the higher good of the sitter. If the flow doesn’t feel right by all means please find someone who can help direct the flow better for you.
