🌱PARSLEY

ALKALIZING HERB

Parsley fights acidosis and can alkalize the entire body, crossing body systems and driving out acidity across the board.

Parsley’s specialized mineral salts bind onto unproductive acids in the body to drive them out. This alkalizing skill makes parsley a helpful cancer preventative.

Parsley is an all-purpose pathogen-fighter; it keeps bacteria, parasites, and fungus at bay.

Parsley is amazing for anything mouth-related such as gum disease, tooth decay, and dry mouth, as it impedes the growth of unproductive microorganisms there.

It’s also a fantastic anti-DDT weapon—it has a great chelation effect that pulls out stores of herbicides and pesticides such as DDT that you never knew were hiding in your body and holding you back.

Parsley is full of nutrition, including B vitamins such as folic acid, traces of B12 coenzymes, and vitamins A & C. It’s also a highly re-mineralizing food, especially for those low in trace minerals; parsley provides magnesium, sulfur, iron, zinc, manganese, molybdenum, chromium, selenium, iodine, and calcium.

Helpful Tip:
Get into the habit of adding parsley to everything, whether you like the herb or not. At a certain point, habit will take over, and in the end, you’ll at least be using parsley in one meal a day. If you’re averse to parsley, experiment with it in various preparations (juiced, chopped and sprinkled on salad, blended into a smoothie, made into tea, and so on) until you find one you can tolerate. Then you can reap parsley’s nutritional benefits while it also pushes out what shouldn’t be in your system💚

🌱HEALING BENEFITS OF DATES🌱

Dates are amazing for the digestive system. As one of the most anti-parasitical foods on the planet, dates bind onto, destroy, and sweep away parasites; yeast, mold, and other fungus; heavy metals; unproductive bacteria; viruses; and other poisonous pathogens from the gut. It makes them one of the most beneficial. Dates also help restore peristaltic function in the intestines, retraining the intestinal tract after paralysis or dysfunction.

Contrary to popular belief, dates are also an ideal food for people dealing with diabetes and hypoglycemia, because they deliver vital glucose to the liver—addressing the very glucose loss that’s responsible for blood sugar issues. They’re also ideal for athletes and other adventurous and active people, as the high potassium and fruit sugar content is perfect for refueling the brain and muscles, which rely on glucose to power you through exercise.

Dates are rich in nearly 70 bioactive minerals that support the adrenal glands to help you handle life’s daily challenges. One of the most heart-healthy foods available, dates also contain a record-breaking, undiscovered amount of amino acids. Similar to what happens with bananas, the amino acids in dates, such as leucine, help elevate the fruit’s potassium to its highest potential in sustaining and fortifying muscles and nerves. This process also stops lactic acid from taking over the body when it’s under stress.

Dates are a warming food that expels dampness from organs such as the spleen and liver, though not to the point of creating unproductive dryness. Dates are also abundant in anti-cancerous properties, making them a must for anyone seeking disease prevention and optimal health.

🌱HEALING BENEFITS OF ALOE VERA🌱

Aloe vera is famous for its soothing properties when applied on the outside of the body to burns, cuts, scrapes, bruises, bug bites, and most especially sunburn.

Aloe vera also possesses more than 70 trace minerals that are grouped into undiscovered medicinal alloys. These alloys work together with the phytochemical aloin to calm inflammation in the gut, which makes it a top aid for IBS, Crohn’s, and colitis. This anti-inflammatory nature rejuvenates the appendix, as well as the ileum—a critical portion of the intestinal tract, because that’s where the body produces vitamin B12 when the digestive system is functioning as it should. That’s not all—as aloe rehabilitates the ileum, it also delivers a very bioavailable form of B12, making aloe an all-around B12 enhancer.

Aloe vera is antiviral, antibacterial, anti- fungal (including anti-mold), and anti-parasitic (including anti-worm). It is incredibly useful for killing off the pathogens that create colon cancer, stomach cancer, and re**al cancer, as well as eliminating H. pylori and supporting the pancreas. It also has the unique ability to stop the growth of polyps and reduce the growth of hemorrhoids. And if you’re concerned that you’ve been exposed to radiation, turn to aloe— it has beta-carotene combined with lignins that remove radiation from the body.

👣FOOT REFLEXOLOGY👣

How Does Reflexology Work?

There are different theories about the exact way that reflexology works, but the main concept of all is that different areas of the feet are linked to specific body parts, and that putting pressure on one area of the foot can have an effect on the organ that it corresponds with.

Reflexology is a type of therapy that uses gentle pressure on specific points along your feet (and possibly on your hands or ears as well) to help you feel better. The theory is that this eases stress, and that helps your body work better. It’s also known as zone therapy.
The way reflexology connects spots on the outside of your body to the inside is a bit like acupuncture and acupressure. But those therapies use points all over your body, not just on your feet, hands, and ears. And while reflexologists do use their hands, it isn’t a form of massage.

Reflexology Benefits

Reflexology may help you feel less stressed, more relaxed, and more energized. But the benefits might go deeper if you have certain health issues

Some people with medical conditions find that they feel less pain and discomfort if they have less stress, and reflexology may help with that. Researchers reviewed 17 studies of the psychological benefits of the therapy and found that it boosted feelings of well-being and made it easier for people to manage their conditions.
More research is needed to see if reflexology can have a direct effect on specific conditions, but based on what we know so far, it may ease:

Anxiety among people who've had heart surgery

Pain during labor

Arthritis pain

Some symptoms of multiple sclerosis, like fatigue and uncomfortable skin sensations

Emotional and physical pain caused by cancer

It may also help:

Improve sinus issues

Relieve back pain

Ease constipation

💚ASPARAGUS

Asparagus has anti-aging properties that can help keep us young. It also helps neurological disorders and symptoms.

Asparagus contains phytochemical compounds such as chlorophyll and lutein that act as critical organ cleansers. They get deep into organs such as the liver, spleen, pancreas, and kidneys, scrubbing out the toxins they find there. Chlorophyll bonded to amino acids such as glutamine, threonine, and serine provides an avenue for heavy metal detox. Some of the phytochemicals found in asparagus are toxin inhibitors (a fact as yet unknown to science). This means that once toxins such as DDT, other pesticides, and heavy metals have been driven out of the organs, these specialized phytochemicals stay behind and can repel new toxins from taking up residence there. This toxin inhibition makes asparagus a helpful cancer preventative.

Asparagus, which is high in very easily absorbable B vitamins, helps us reestablish our proper levels of these key nutrients. Also high in silica and trace minerals such as iron, zinc, molybdenum, chromium, phosphorus, magnesium, and selenium, asparagus is one of the most adrenal-supporting foods in existence and excellent for helping to bring you back to life when your adrenal glands have been pushed to the max.

Asparagus alkalizes the body by flushing out unproductive acids. We live in a very acidic environment, and if we want to help ourselves stay or get healthy, we must constantly work to keep ourselves alkaline with help from trusted friends like asparagus.

How To Use:
Enjoy asparagus in fresh juices, or eat it raw as a snack, as a crudité with a dip like hummus, or chopped into salads. You can also enjoy it steamed, stir-fried, or in soups.

🍯RAW HONEY: SWEET MEDICINAL

The sugar in honey is nothing like processed sugar—don’t confuse it with table sugar or high-fructose corn syrup. Rather, because bees collect from plant species far and wide, the fructose and glucose in honey are saturated with more than 200,000 undiscovered phytochemical compounds and agents, including pathogen-killers, phytochemicals that help protect you from radiation damage, and anti-cancerous phytochemicals.

Honey’s highly absorbable sugar and B12 coenzymes make it one of the most powerful brain foods of our time. Plus, raw honey helps repairs DNA and is extremely high in minerals such as calcium, potassium, zinc, selenium, phosphorus, chromium, molybdenum, and manganese.

Honey in its raw form is important for supporting immunity and a secret weapon to help with infectious illness. When you’re dealing with weakened immunity and feel like you’re extra susceptible to catching colds, flus, stomach bugs, and food poisoning, raw honey assists your body in keeping a strong first line of defense by strengthening neutrophils and macrophages so they can fight off pathogens. (It’s not yet documented by medical science that these and other white blood cells feed off of immune-stimulating phytochemicals.)

These properties also make raw honey anti-inflammatory—because it helps inhibit pathogens from procreating and thus releasing toxins that elevate inflammation.

How To Use:
Make Medical Medium Lemon, Honey, Ginger Water or simply add to lemon water. Enjoy on top of berries or other fruits. Add to smoothies, dips, or salad dressings. Add to warm (not hot) herbal teas. Chaga tea is especially beneficial when raw honey is added. Use raw honey as a replacement for any other processed sweetener.

For more information on the healing properties of raw honey and the symptoms and conditions it can help with, check out the New York Times best-selling book, Medical Medium Life-Changing Foods: Save Yourself and the Ones You Love with the Hidden Healing Powers of Fruits & Vegetables, and the other books in the Medical Medium series.
