Winners always win, it's what they do. When they aren't winning on the mats, they're winning in the other areas of their lives. They aren't content to just get their hands raised on the mats but want to raise the standard of their whole lives. When you learn to demand the best from yourself everywhere it'll be uncomfortable to give less than your best anywhere. And if you're not "winning" you're learning so you can get back to winning.

Wrestlers fine tune take downs because there is no other option, they can't pull guard. If you're wanting to take your take down game to the next level consider having take down competitions. See who can get the most take downs in 6 minutes without guard pulling. Once a take down is scored reset standing and do it again.
