"If people knew how hard I worked to get my mastery, it wouldn't seem so wonderful at all." - Michelangelo
Share with someone you consider to be a master!
Masters aren't born; they're made. To quote the song "10,000 Hours" by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, "The greats weren't great because at birth they could paint. The greats were great because they'd paint a lot." You're no different than the greats; you've simply put less time, practice, and patience into something than they have. It's natural to feel overwhelmed and discouraged at various points along your journey to become a master, but take comfort in knowing that you're not alone in feeling that way, and that you will almost certainly become a master eventually. See, most masters don't even realize that they're masters at all, as it isn't easy to know once a truly masterful level of skill has been acquired, and that's why there's a good chance that youâll become a master at some point in your life. In fact, you might already be one. Sure, you might not be a master in whatever craft you're imagining, but if you've had children and raised them to the best of your ability, wouldn't you have put in enough time and effort to become a master mother or father? If you've been close friends with someone for decades, wouldn't you have shared enough of your life with them to become a master friend? Just by living life to the best of your ability, you can become a master parent, friend, sibling, spouse, boss, worker, person, etc. Youâre a master in the making! Stay home, stay safe, be masterful, and stay positive. â¤ď¸đ¤
