The authentic self already exist in a healed whole state!
We at the truest level of self ARE ALREADY HEALED!
"Healing" is just the PROCESS of rediscovering this with personal responsibility and accountability.
The problem is a problem, simple as that....IT IS NOT YOU....you are the WITNESSER of the problem and if you can SEE it, you are RESPONSIBLE for redefining and CREATING a new more desire RELATIONSHIP to that problem within your experience...
that's the lesson, the growth, the challenge...that's the DEVINE OPPORTUNITY and GIFT the problem truly is at the highest level!
it's an OPPORTUNITY.... to expand, the more we can frame it as a GIFT with gratitude, the more EASE and GRACE we can invite into our process!
This- "already healed vision"- i feel is the very energy of LOVE that we send into the holograms using star magic protocol.
The pain is not YOU - the 'awareness' is you, we are not our thoughts, we are not the body, we are the WITNESSER of these things.... that 'isness' is a eternal mystery...
The pain is a problem (a challenge for divine creator to CREATE something more aligned...
What is that? What is the authentic desire?
That's Devine creator within us...it's a quest of discovery and exploration!
Don't attach your identity with the pain, that's part of the trick of illusion... that's part of the game of consciousness...
Pain is here to show us where we've become unbalanced in our attachments to our illusions of " i " and in doing so have forgotten the balance with pure awareness "AM".
the quest is called:
I ☯️AM
it's continuous...you can't really escape it's paradox of seperation ( i ) AND unity ( am) ...
they are in a quantum entangled dance and exploration of HOW to exist in balance, harmony and EQUANIMITY (NOT EQUALITY)
they are striving to dance with coherence.
Striving to learn WHY they made the choice the exist OUT of balance.
You cant solve a problem using the same tools that created it which is the thinking mind and individuation of 'I'.
The thinking mind creates thoughts and illusions to explore self, and we get tangled and lost in the illusions.... because that's how we learn/ grow...that's how we can play out experiences on a cosmic level....it's a TOOL for exploration via the game and experimentation of seperation. EGO (individuation)- I....is a tool. is it's a healthy constructive, harmonious, aligned tool? or is it cause greif and suffering? if it is...there's an unhealthy/ un-desired un aligned... attachment to something somewhere...THAT needs to be correct with a healthy, aligned and desired attachment!
To DO that...To become WHOLE again...only presence can facilitate the inner space required to fully FEEL without judgment. we have to achieve a deep encompassing sate of PRESENCE - FIRST if we are going to make CONSTRUCTIVE ACTION.....
This is the importance of meditation and contemplation.... to observe our thoughts, emotions, sensations and let it all just BE ...so that it can distill, and settle into our nervous system so the body can FEEL this information and innestand it....only from this place can we begin to understand, inner-stand (in the axis/ centre of ourselves) and ACCEPT the situation for what it is.... it is what it is.... and from THERE make a CONSCIOUS choice of how we want to redefine and consequently redirect that energy into the cycles of movement that is our lives.
Letting go of the old dysfunctional beliefs, letting them DIE in the arms of our LOVING acceptance, REBIRTHS them into a NEW cycle of constructive loving movements of energy....that's the healthy integration...like the blooming of a flower.
The healing process is a remembering, a 're'-'memeber'-ing, a putting 'back' together this inner truth that has been FRAGMENTED by illusions and lies...essentially been able to SEE the BIGGER PICTURE again....all suffering and un-plesentness, is essentially a un-truth and illusion that we have myopically CHOSEN to participate in for our own souls evolution and growth...
it's like a child looking at two ants fighting on a twig... one ant is the "problem" and another is "where we feel we'd rather be"...when they fight we feel pain....
Our healing process, at whatever stage we are in, is always about learning to INNERSTAND our choice! and how to choose a NEW direction of movement...as in 'actions'...like our commitment to 'healing'/ daily choices/ habits/ quantum star magic.... that are more ALIGNED with our desires to return to a state pleasantness, which is a byproduct of ALIGNMENT between body, mind and spirt.
Alignment creates COHERENCE.
Coherence is the goldilocks zone for authentic self and allows the universal energy to flow through us, like completing a circuit that lights up a light bulb.
This is the balancing point between mind, body and spirt.
It's about the PROCESS not the DESTINATION! because there is ALWAYS a next level of coherence.
THAT's what makes ''AM' the ETERNAL mystery that it is!
It like a fern plant that never stops unfolding itself!....what's going to come next? keeps you on your toes you know? lol
AM expresses it's self via "i" as the synchronicities, triggers and life process....
there truly is no where to GO!
NO WHERE to GET TO...because it's all just an ETERNAL MOVEMENT ∞ ∞ ∞ ☯️ ⨁...you'll never truly stop moving.... it's simply about what do you TRULLY desire NOW!? and CREATING THAT with a choice!
It about learning to LOVE the PROCESS not the destination!
It's a quest, it's a game, it's meant to be fun. we keep POLISHING (making those pivoting choices in out lives regarding our process) until IT'S ALL FUN/ in that realm of pleasantness/ satisfaction.
"healing from our perspective" is a quest and journey of analysing and feeling.... under and inner-standing the situation, integrating WHY we chose the illusions of forgetfulness that we did!
Then... with the gnosis and this knowledge... become a QUANTUM ARCHITECT...making a CREATIVE CHOICE that is inherently US.
Expressing our uniqueness within our CHOICE...
i feel this is the potent POWER of what Jerrys protocol of asking the question "please show me something i don't know to heal this amazing individual" is about...
Because this helps stimulate our CREATIVITY -with a question. the question helps us find what's innate within...the first thing to ANYTHING new is a question!
When we are in flow (in a state of surrender) and not thinking and over analysing....it just HAPPENS...it is a deeply inbuilt system...it just is...just as we inherently ARE- as we ARE, IAM who IAM!....but for a soul that has knotted itself in many illusions...it can take time to UNTANGLE and come back to that state... THAT's the process....THAT's the quest! it is ETERNAL....love the process! not the destination!
We are simply co-existing in the SAME process at different level of being. Some are more subtle some are more intense and obvious....that's it....same direction, different levels... ITS THE PROCESS THAT UNIFYS US AS ONE!!!!!!
It's a UNIVERSAL quest of CONTINUALLY becoming a CONSCIOUS and AWEAR CREATOR! re-discoving the ESSENCE of SOURCE/ Devine creator we are in every choice!
We create via our CHOICE in EVERY SINGLE MOMENT...that's what the healing process is.... an unearthing, a remembering of the true light within...a continuous pivoting, moment by moment towards the choices THAT we TRULY DESIRE to make... one heart, one love, one human family...we are one...i love you 💙🙏💛💛💛🙏💙
