Welcome to Earth Tones Yoga

I'm really excited to be able to share my passion for yoga with you and its myriad benefits to the body, mind and soul.

My drive to teach is to help others feel more open in their bodies, calm in their minds and grounded in an increasingly turbulent world.

I'm a fully qualified yoga teacher (200hr Yoga Alliance Professionals) with a daily personal practice of over seven years centred around the discipline of the Ashtanga Vinyasa system.

My teaching approach is influenced by a host of inspirational mentors, traditional yogic philosophy and ethics, and the beauty of the natural world.
