OK everyone I know I’ve been on and off keto for a long while me and my boyfriend have decided to jump on the journey together and have purged everything out of our kitchen and cabinets that we are allowed to have the whole family going keto should be a really good thing already I have lost 4 pounds so yesterday I weighed in at 198 this morning I am 194 and I am also doing the fasting yesterday was a 19 hour fast so we’ve had great success for the first day yesterday I will post pictures
