MATCHA LATTE RECIPE
Rich in antioxidants, matcha is made by grinding young tea leaves into a powder form. A great alternative to high caloric commercial lattes. Avoid if caffeine sensitive.
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup of milk (dairy or almond)
• 1/2 to 1 tsp. green matcha powder
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add milk to glass measuring cup.
2. Microwave to heat, about 1.5 to 2 minutes. Avoid letting it get to the boil to preserve the integrity of the matcha.
3. Transfer milk to mini blender, add the matcha and give it blend for short bursts
