‘Pop the Pig’ In this exciting game, players take turns rolling the die, feeding the pig and pushing down on his head. Each pump makes his belly grow bigger and bigger until - pop! Teaches colors and counting skills, strengthening and above to attend and follow directions.

Sometimes children develop improper pencil grasp and then have a hard time breaking the bad habits before they enter school.

The best way to hold a pencil is between the thumb and the index finger with the pencil resting on the middle finger. Small, broken crayons help children use a pinch, which encourages this “tripod” grasp. Keep a box of broken crayons handy to help keep those little fingers busy. Fun and helpful for kids!

Kids who do not enjoy holding writing tools may enjoy magnetic labyrinth activities. Activity loaded with lots of visual skills as well as pencil grasp and control. Have to have a perfect angle so that the ball stays stuck to magnetic pen. Goal is to bring all marbles ‘home’ marked with dry erase marker.
