Magic, medicine and meditation in Thailand.

Pictured here is Ajarn Dang and I at the beginning of a sak yant (magical tattoo) ceremony.

The magic of Thailand is aimed at supporting both spiritual and material progress.

Some monks and lay people make amulet, tattoos, rituals and “spells” for spiritual progress, loving kindness, power, protection and more.

Many of these practitioners are rooted in the Theravada Buddhist tradition and follow strict precepts to avoid doing harm.

Yesterday I deliberately drove to hell! Watch out for the gruesome images!

Meditations in compassion, “sin” and fear.

We create our own hells through our pride, jealousy, anger, miserliness and fear.

And we know this, yet somehow we forget it.

Again and again.

I apologise to all that I have hurt knowingly or unknowingly by my foolishness.

And for all who are in their own personal hell, I’m so sorry that you’re experiencing that. This too shall pass.

I want to do better for you.

Sorry to blunt but...

If you want to change something in your life, you can either keep doing what you’re doing.
..And get the same old results...

Or you can..

Choose to do something different.

Hypnotherapy is diverse, it works by communing with your unconscious mind to make changes in a profound way.

Choose to be the person you always wanted to be.

I can help you. Send me a message here or on WhatsApp at +447849087189 and find out how.

Hypnotherapy is scary!😱

😊No not really.🙂

The term hypnosis can conjure negative imagery in people’s minds, due to TV and scary stories that may be captivating but are not really grounded in reality.

The truth is, the process of hypnotherapy capitilizes on your body and mind’s natural ability to heal by:
⭐️focusing on solutions;
⭐️transforming subconscious associations;
⭐️creating new habits;
⭐️uniting and negotiating with parts of the self
⭐️realising traumas and habit patterns (emotional, mental and physical)

🎉Hypnotherapy is a positive force in a world that has many negative forces.

It can heal you, help you grow, show you gifts and abilities you didn’t even know you had and more.

👉I’ve seen phobias disappear,
👉physical issues heal,
👉addictions end,
👉anxieties reduce,
👉panic attacks cease .::and lives improve in all kinds of ways.

There are many forces that can influence our subconscious negatively: the news, TV, some music, some religious teachings and even the cultural conditioning of our ancestors.

Hypnotherapy is there to undo all of this so you can be free from baggage and step out into the world as the person you really are.

My work is informed by a desire to genuinely help you.

Some people come to me with superficial issues (like diet or exam nerves) and leave with so much more, added self esteem, added sense of purpose or more acceptance and love.

I’m in the business of transformation.

My mission is to transform as many lives as possible for the better.

I’m good at what I do. Come and see for yourself!
