✨ Jaw and facial massage for relief of headaches, jaw discomfort and stress.
✨ C-section scar tissue (I've had great results and I'm excited to do more! So satisfying!)
✨ Plantar fasciitis 🦶
✨ I would love to open up some hips and legs for relief of the lower back, pelvis, hip and knee symptoms.
✨ A mixed session of massage, light craniosacral and reiki.
✨ Diaphragmatic release for improved breathing and reduced stress 🌅

We could do anything from scar tissue release, cupping, myofascial release, reiki, craniosacral, prenatal massage, you name it! I've also recently taken an Active Release Therapy course that would be fun to play around with.
