I’m playing with the idea of creating some guided meditation recordings... short & intentional.
Would anyone be into something like that?
Options could include:
Gentle morning energizers
Sleep support
Stress relief & emotional release
Visualizations for healing & hope
& I'm thinking about something to help with "Holding space without taking it all on" (this is where the idea was born)
Let me know what you’d most want or need while I’m in the brainstorm + feel-it-out phase.
