End of day 30... Down 14 lbs... Back in full ketosis. Got stuck for 2 weeks. Started again keeping a close look at what I ate, adjusted my carbs and proteins, and got back to losing weight.

We're all going to react slightly different to any health protocol. Losing body fat is not a straight line process. We will go through many iterations to find what really works for us (that's, of course, if we want to find our own SUSTAINABLE recipe).

45 days to go... and then.... another 75 days with different goals and challenges... 🤟🏻

Starting day 28...Wins... Lost 14 lbs, 2" off my waist..Challenges... 2 weeks stuck at 200 lbs... I had stopped logging ...

Wins... Lost 14 lbs, 2" off my waist..

Challenges... 2 weeks stuck at 200 lbs... I had stopped logging my food and went over the calories and macros...

Solution... logging food again. We sometimes don't realize how much we eat. Until my body becomes more metabolically flexible (ease of burning different substrates), I need awareness...

End of day 5. Feeling great so far with my change in nutrition. Energy levels balanced. Sleeping better... 70 to go... 🙌...
