Breath Love Self Love World Love One Love
The more I don't believe the lies I am telling myself, listening to the voices in my head, the more in love I feel. In the breath meditation sessions I become aware of the air loving me with every inhale I take. I can feel this love from the top of my head, vibrating down my spine and into every cell in my body. To breathe with awareness, to eat with awareness, to listen mindfully to breathe and walk in nature is love in motion. Breathe with me into the New Year to claim and feel the love for yourself, your breath and the world. What voice can you let go of and stop believing so you can remember the love that you are? The photo shows my grandchildren who are still undivided in their love for all.

The day prior to the workshop, you will receive an email with the Zoom login details. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) and open the Zoom meeting with video and audio enabled. You are encouraged to join a few minutes early.
During the workshop, Dunja will monitor everyone's breathing pattern and lend personal support as we move through the session.
How to prepare:
1. Set up your area with a yoga mat or firm but comfortable surface on which to lay down, and a blanket in case you become cool. Avoid pillows or neck rolls. The room should be warm, around 70 degrees, and free from noise or distractions, including pets!
2. Arrange your laptop or device within an arm's reach while laying down, with the camera positioned to show your head and torso, so that Dunja can monitor your breathing during the session.
3. Have your device plugged in to a power source or make sure it is fully charged ahead of time.
4. Avoid foods or liquids two hours prior to the workshop so that you will be comfortable for the duration of the breathing session. Please register here. https://www.paypal.me/NaturalBreathing
