I try to bring a different element to each class that runs throughout the week.
With a variety that will help you find and discover the practice your body and mind need at that time.
On Monday evening, we have a gentle, relaxing yin & restorative session.
On Wednesday evening, we bring the heat with a Vinyasa style of yoga.
On Sunday, a gentle morning flow on the farm connects you to nature.
If you need rest, come along to Monday's session.
Wanting to sweat and flow, creating strength, Wednesday is for you.
And if you like the idea of connecting to nature with movement, Sunday is your go-to class.

Each class is £10
Or £35 fir 4 class in a month (starting from the first of the month, until the end of the month).
