Hey everyone, Happy Friday!
Wanted to jump on and share a little bit of some weight loss and health knowledge!
But I think instead of me saying it, Deepak Chopra says it better:
"If you want to see what your thoughts were like in the past, look at your body today. If you want to know what your body will look like in the future, look at your thoughts today."
Read that again.
If you've been struggling to lose weight, lower your A1C, Reverse Prediabetes or Type 2 Diabetes then it might be your thoughts.
Ask yourself these 3 questions:
1) What is the story I tell myself about my body/health?
2) What do I love about my body/health right now?
3) What can my body do for me right now? (How has it been there for me when I needed it most?)
That's why coaching is honestly SO AMAZING!
It makes you aware of the limiting beliefs or lies you tell yourself and redirects your mind to being grateful for what you have.
Change your thoughts to change your body and health 🙂
