Hey everyone, Happy Friday!

Wanted to jump on and share a little bit of some weight loss and health knowledge!

But I think instead of me saying it, Deepak Chopra says it better:

"If you want to see what your thoughts were like in the past, look at your body today. If you want to know what your body will look like in the future, look at your thoughts today."

Read that again.

If you've been struggling to lose weight, lower your A1C, Reverse Prediabetes or Type 2 Diabetes then it might be your thoughts.

Ask yourself these 3 questions:
1) What is the story I tell myself about my body/health?
2) What do I love about my body/health right now?
3) What can my body do for me right now? (How has it been there for me when I needed it most?)

That's why coaching is honestly SO AMAZING!

It makes you aware of the limiting beliefs or lies you tell yourself and redirects your mind to being grateful for what you have.

Change your thoughts to change your body and health 🙂

I know that sounds insane to many but it can actually be the case.

See, the reason why people find it hard is because:

1) They don't believe that healthy food is appetizing.
2) They believe they have to give up all their favorite "tasty foods"
3) They see exercise as doing something they hate
4) They don't see fast results

But what if all the above wasn't true?

What if instead you:
1) Ate healthy foods that became your favorite "tasty foods"?!
2) Were actually encouraged not to give up your favorites!
3) Found working out enjoyable and even fun!
4) And you saw faster results!!!

It's been a minute since my last post but just wanted to offer something to boost possibility into your mind on what you can create when it comes to your health.

My client (below) created this epic win and reversed her Prediabetes!!

It got me thinking how was she able to do it? And how can YOU do the same??

Well, it started with working together on her BELIEVING in herself and what is possible.

So here's a FUN ACTION TIP for today:

Go to website Canva and create your own testimonial with YOUR picture and the words " I REVERSED MY PREDIABETES/DIABETES" and feel into those words. Just imagine that it could be you!

I know lots of us struggled because of a failing healthcare system and many (including myself) lacking a family doctor.
