To the couples and friends that joined last night for Thai Yoga Bodywork at Joseph's Tea Bar, it was a pleasure to have you all join me! The Deluxe Cream Tea Experience with carefully concocted Mocktails, pot of tea, scones and desserts afterwards made it a very memorable Friday evening!! Thank you!!

Stretch and Restore with Ronni Ford

Join in for this unique class! Each Restorative pose will be preceeded by a preparatory stretch to activate a certain internal queuing which will then be soothed by Restorative positioning. Restorative poses will be 5, 10 and even 15 minute holds and will be completely supported by props to maintain a state of introversion. Class is 75 minutes and you are required to bring a "Yoga type" blanket and eye covering. Everything else is available at the studio. Also please dress warmly.
New to yoga or hard core athlete? This class is for you!
