On a scale of 1-10 the importance of knowing the origin of your rau, how it was harvested, who by, and the date it was processed and bottled?
That’s an easy 10 🖐🏾🤚🏾

Whakapapa, tikanga and kawa are integral in the creation of our rongoā.

Loves a kapu tī 🫖

Lemon verbena & tōtara is one of my favourite blends. The earthy and slight spicy-ness of the tōtara with the citrus hit of the lemon V creates a stunning aroma and flavour.

She’s warming, delish, and holds an uplifting vibration. Divine in every way.

Love my outdoor space… Making rongoā surrounded by bush, native manu and the odd visit by cute little swallows (and people) provides a gorgeous vibration that makes the whole experience divine ✨

Copper has twice the thermal conductivity of aluminium and nearly 10 times that of stainless steel. It is energy efficient and highly antibacterial and holds many healing properties.

Our Alembic copper still is packed with kawakawa which is gently steam distilled to extract the aromatic and therapeutic benefits from the plant’s cellular water under the mārama of Ōturu.
