                                            Here is the perfect lunch containing a few vitamins to help when you're on the go! 🍴
1. Vitamin A: Food that you can add to your lunch include; sweet potatoes, carrots, pumpkins, squash, spinach and mangoes! 
2. Vitamin B: Food that you can add to your meal containing vitamin B include; eggs, yogurt, cheese, meats, poultry, green leafy vegetables, mushrooms, some fruits, and grains and cereals.
3. Vitamin C: Vitamin C foods you can add include fruits/fruit juices (especially citrus), potatoes, broccoli, bell peppers, spinach, strawberries, tomatoes, and brussels sprouts!
4. Vitamin D: Vitamin D foods include mushrooms, fortified dairy, fortified cereals, and fatty fish (salmon).
