I've been listening to this gorgeous track as a segment of my daily meditation practice for over 4 months now.

Best listened to using headphones. Find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed... breathe... and allow yourself to dissolve into the beauty of the music. It's a delicious way to raise your frequency and connect deeply to Source consciousness.

What is really cool to me is that Theo released this in 2016, I'm enjoying this for the first time in 2025 (nearly 10 years later!) and finding such deep connection and joy with it.
