Wearing nothing but boots and boxers, I decided to leave the program and climb Mt. Sněžka. This would be my first out of four treks up the mountain within the five day Wim Hof Poland retreat. Snow on the ground rose as the temperatures dropped to below freezing; while it didn’t snow, a thick fog came and went as did lashing winds. I reached the peak, did a few headstands, and explored the observatory which definitely had Last of Us vibes. Although it was an eight hour trip in total, it was the easiest climb of the four, which worked out really well as it gave me the confidence to go up the mountain three more times.
If you’re interested in learning how to train your mind, body, and spirit to the limits and experience moments like this, come to my next Wim Hof Method Workshop tomorrow at the . (Saturday, May 31) It’s capped at 20 people head to the link in bio for more info + tickets. See ya there!
