We all are moving on the road of technological advancements, now society is fast, with fast cars, fast foods, everything is fast most surprisingly we want fast relationship as well, because diet go through chemicals reactions to feul our body. The kind of feul determine the whole infrastructure of our body and mental health, and thereby behavior towards everyday life. Quick revolution is changing our sleeping hours, physical exertion, cooking methods, food preferences, making difficult to maintain accurate body shapes, evolving diseases patterns and their severity. Resultantly, we are fastly moving towards death.

One question wondering in your mind is, which time is best to take green tea

The perfect time to take is
1- Early in the Morning

Green tea contains caffeine a stimulant that increases attention and alertness. It also contains
L- thianine an amino acid exerts a calming effect. Both these improve brain function and mood. So 1 cup of green tea after waking up helps someone to improve daily work.
2-Before Exercise

1 cup of green tea before exercise helps to burn fat during a workout. It also prevents muscles damage which is the side effect of exercising.
3- Between meals

If someone takes green tea with meals, its constituent tannins, and EGCG that binds minerals and prevent their absorption into the body. So it causes deficiency of essential nutrients. Best time to take green tea between meals especially if you are already deficient.
4- Avoid before sleep

Caffeine in green tea induces anxiety, high blood pressure, and nervousness if taking in a high amount. So consume at least 6 hours before sleep, if you have sleep issues.
