We feel lucky to have some study time in summer. We're deepening our learning about the compassion-based application of Internal Family Systems as a model for spiritual companioning. There’s a space in the circle for you at Cochrane Public Library 🌻

This Wednesday July 16th, join compassionate listeners, MIchelle Copithorne and Sandra MacDonald from Still Lake Listening for nurturing, non-judgmental, and maybe even mischievous group conversations exploring how we can be with our grief. This is a space for you to borrow courage from one another through shared story and lived experience about grief and loss of all kinds.

Events goes from 10:30am to 12:00pm. No registration is required.
