A Big thank you to my training group that worked with me to get 100burpees/day completed.

Set yourself a goal and go for it! 2,800 burpees is achievable and can be adapted to your level.
Don't hold yourself back by think you can't do it.
Examples I have heard are 'I couldn't do 1 nevermind 100 Kev'

Personally it was part of my day even during the 6nations rugby where I did sets during the game.......

There is no great secret it's just finding what works for you! Like any new exercise it may be challenging at the start and you will be surprised at what you can achieve.

I have my dad doing it as part of his parkinsons Otago program which proves what a challenge can do for you. He's determined to continue doing 'his' burpees as part of how we train together.

I hope if you have read this far you feel that there is value to setting yourself targets!

Onward towards Easter now and seeing what is next to keep the training focus.

Combined a punch bag session with my burpees and enjoyed it 🥊🥵
Managed a gentle run since tweaking my hamstring 2 weeks a go (dam rugby) and taking care of it.
Looking forward to watching later
