Come & sit quietly with me, let me hold you in warmth & peace. A peace that you deserve as you flow through the crashing tides of your journey to nurture the next generation. As your mind swirls with thoughts of what your actions or in actions will bring to your child's future. Come & find the much needed rest your body craves for & wants to release.

Through the five week programme we will go to our inner winter, spring, summer & autumn to open & envelope the wisdom that we already hold. We'll explore our cycle & what these hold for us.

Cyclical Mother is for Mothers of any age whether young or old, babes in arms are welcome to the space. We will be sat on the earth with fire & air.
