What a Wonderful start with Yogalates on the beach! 🏝️ Thank you to all of you who joined!🙏💕 The other day I got flowers from a family I helped when one got hurt. My heart overflowing with joy for such lovely people showing there appreciation for a small act of kindness.

Spring is here and a vitamin packed snack in-between is awesome!
Seed crackers is easy to do and I eat them at any time. Breakfast, lunch, snack! Yum!

Shared Heartbeats!❤️❤️
I held a workshop for women at a company and was gifted a most beautiful gift. A woman holding a book.❤️
Spreading the word about Endometriosis and IVF. Endo is a whole body disease. It is not only around period that it appears. Period gives heavy bleeding and kramps that affects the bowels, that affects the digestive system. That affects nutrition and nervous system which leads to more stress, lower immune system, higher inflammation in body, less sleep and fatigue, brain fog. All the time. Every day.
To break this we need to slow down, breathe, listen to our body, choose our thoughts that affect our body. Start with; A deep breath. In and out.
Say to yourself. I am worthy.
I deserve to feel good.
If we begin to change our thoughts in our mind it changes or feelings in our body.
It is not easy but step by step. We reach self love. There it begins. Self love.❤️

Great speakers and my highlights are to treat our body kind, move in ways we enjoy, fuel in a healthy way to FEEL happier more balanced ann joyful!
