At MidCo we are looking for individuals who are able to offer the highest quality care to ensure our clients are comfortable. We need individuals who are willing to go the extra mile to provide a motivating environment for everyday tasks that our clients may need that extra bit of support doing.

Your character:
At Midco we require staff who are able to communicate with not only the company but the client and their family about relevant updates. We need people who remain patient and calm even in high pressure situations as well as individuals who are reliable and have the drive to learn new things and continuously improve.
