Developing a routine is SO key in decreasing the negative effects of disorders such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, and bipolar disorder to name a few. And for bettering any individual’s overall mental health in general.

Start slow when you’re switching up your routine or developing a new routine. Try to add one thing at a time and practice that thing until it becomes a habit and you feel comfortable enough to add in anything else. Ive tried the “do everything at once” method and failed so many times! Slowly but surely you can make everyday a good day 💚

Overcoming anxious thoughts takes practice; sometimes the affirmations will help and other times they won’t, but the more you practice positive affirmations, the more your brain will learn to love itself a little bit better 💚
