I f***ing LOVE my changing body, it's just so beautiful!

The curves, the new lumps and bumps, the extra fullness, the bowling ball, the bazooka bo***es (well, except for them touching me, that's annoying af), how my clothes sit different, even the draw to wearing more natural fibres that FEEL nice to wear - all of it!

My amazing body is creating life itself, how much more epically magnificently gloriously Powherful could that be!

I love that I get to appreciate this part of pregnancy, I see the beauty, not the flaws.

That's on healing my self image, so I truly get to see what is in the mirror, not the doubts, judgements, criticisms and not good enough's that used to look back at me.

I love me, because I healed me ❤️

And my bubba will ONLY ever have a Mumma who role models self love.

And I think I speak for every single Mumma out there when I say, that is the biggest wish of my heart when I think of what I want for my baby - for them to love them, and see how amazing they are.

Other people's opinions of you is none of your business.

We can't please everyone, we shouldn't even TRY.

Because when people view you, they aren't really seeing YOU, they are only ever seeing you through THEIR filters of opinion, bias, insecurities and judgements.

So if you wouldn't want to trade places with their inner voice, a voice that you don't even know what it sounds like, anything they have to say isn't worth the air it takes for them to say it out loud.

AND no matter what you do or don't do, you will never get to choose how someone else thinks.

And that is a gift.

Because then all YOU have to worry about is showing up the way that aligns with YOU.

Easy.

Everything is in your powher then, isn't it.

If your value or opinion of self is based off how other people see you, encourage or hype you up, even in a good way..

Your powher is not within YOU, you're handing it to them.

Some random ass person, who isn't you and doesn't know the true epic amazingness that you are in every cell of your being.

And you're going to let THEM decide your value.

Ew.

No.

That powher is for YOU.

You are the only person who will be in every moment of your life, to experience the goodness inside you, the love that fills your heart, the beautiful little things you do and give out, where you showed up when it was hard, the choices you made in those moments to be the amazing person you are, even when you were challenged.

ONLY YOU will EVER know that about you.

So your opinion of you is the only one that will ever be true.

And if that opinion ISN'T that you're f***ing amazing, than it's time to heal the judgements inside you left there by others, so that your opinion IS true, and only yours.

Because baby, you are f***ing sexy and delicious and GOOD, and you deserve to know that!
