Celebrated together at our team Christmas dinner! Great food, lots of laughs, sweetest cards from Kashmira, and fun gift exchanges made the night extra special. 🎁🍽️

And can we talk about the cutest ornament?! 😍 Courtney outdid herself with this adorable ornament of our team, we absolutely love it!

So thankful for an amazing team and the memories we get to make together. 💜🎄

Big day for our team! We had our first all-team session with Ryan Dunlap — social media influencer and the mind behind Conflict-ish. (Conflictish with Ryan Dunlap). We missed Kashmira and Ken in our group picture 😞

Ryan walked us through the art of tact, offering practical tools to navigate conflict, communicate with clarity, and strengthen our team culture.

Today we said goodbye to one of our favorite nurses. Kiera has been absolutely amazing to work with, and we will truly miss the incredible care, kindness, and heart she brought to our patients. Wishing her all the best on her next chapter!

We also wrapped up NP Week in the sweetest way — from beautiful flowers, to wine, to warm cookies from Tiff’s Treats. 🍪💐🍷
