About Me
I am LGBTQ+ affirming and trained and Poly/Kink informed and friendly. I specialize in working with individual adults who are suffering from anxiety and self worth issues as well as those struggling with life transitions. In addition, I work with non traditional couples and consider myself a s*x positive therapist. I am also a trauma informed therapist and can provide EMDR therapy to those suffering from trauma related concerns. My style of counseling is empathetic, non-judgmental and direct. I can now accept BCBS and Humana. I also offer sliding scale rates to those who may not have insurance.
