People say: An Apple a day keeps a doctor away. That means if you want to be healthy, you need to eat good food. But it’s not a secret for us, that sport is also very important for our health.
So how do we have to do sport to stay healthy. First of all sport will help us to keep fit. Morning exercises, swimming-pool, jogging, stretching and gym will definitely help you to save your skin young and body strong.
Also all these exercises will keep you in good health. Regular morning exercises will concentrate your energy for the whole day. I am doing my exercises almost every day and believe me it works.
Another important thing is to get enough fresh air. While we are doing sport especially outside, we are getting enough of fresh air. Our brain will get oxygen what also gives power and energy to the whole body.
I recommend to do sport regularly. Don’t wait when you start to feel bad. Don’t do it because it’s fashionable now. It’s important to do sport because you want to do it. Somebody likes to run, someone prefers swimming. I would recommend to do different things. Of course, swimming will help you to burn a lot of calories and keep fit.
People who really care about their health don’t smoke, drink alcohol or take drugs. Sport is their drug.
It is better to start to do sport as early as possible. It’s good to have a trainer who can explain you how to do everything correct. Try to explain him what exactly you want: nice body, strong belly or legs. Don’t forget to mention about all diseases you have. It’s very important. After all if you start to do exercises regularly and correct you will see your life will change a lot.
It’s difficult to understand how much sport is important while we are teenagers. But it’s really so.
